By using Loan Beaver's Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Loan Beaver is a loan comparison and matching service. We are NOT a lender. Our Services include:

• Connecting users with potential lending partners
• Providing loan comparison tools and calculators
• Offering educational resources about loans and financial products
• Facilitating loan applications to third-party lenders

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Loan Beaver's Services are FREE for consumers. We do not charge any fees for using our website or submitting loan applications. We are compensated by our lending partners when users are matched with lenders.

However, if you choose to accept a loan offer from one of our lending partners, you will be subject to that lender's fees, interest rates, and terms, which will be disclosed to you directly by the lender.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Loan Beaver and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or lenders. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loan Beaver and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also discontinue using our Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
